We are hosting an online workshop for FDF members to consider interventions and solutions to reduce food waste. This follows some recent engagement with Defra’s circular economy team who have asked us what industry wants to see in the upcoming circular economy agrifood roadmap.
The aim of the workshop is to begin developing a vision for industry, find out what help our members need and showcase good practise to inspire attendees.
We will use this to consider which interventions and solutions we want to use in:
- an industry led response for feeding into the circular economy taskforce; and
- the delivery of FDF’s Ambition 2030 food waste pillar.
Who should attend: The workshop is most suitable to those with the ability to reduce food waste e.g. operations, procurement and sustainability teams.
